These are all critical stages of the construction process. Our work begins on the day you contact us. Our project managers work in conjunction with the architect and develop a budget and proposal. Our project coordinators compile the shop drawings, submittals, OM manuals and work on the permitting process. Our accounting staff, in conjunction with our project coordinators, also track NTO’s and are very well versed in the lien laws to protect our clients from future problems.

When the project is ready to be finalized, we will provide you with a close-out package that includes punch list sign off, as-built plans, copies of all city documents (including CO, O&M manuals) and warranty documents.
