Ground Up Medical Office Daytona Beach

Sharp General Contractors worked with the developer to construct a new 7,008 sq. ft. dialysis center in Daytona Beach, Florida. This 28-week long project included ground-up structural steel, masonry, and EIFS construction, as well as an interior build. Unusually high levels of rainfall required aggressive moisture control measures to be taken to regulate construction conditions. Existing site soils also needed to be bridged, due to high moisture content.
