Ground Up Medical Miami

Ground-up construction of a new 8,000+ sq. ft., multi-story, dialysis facility in the Miami Urban Core District. This 60-week project included the unique steel and concrete construction of a treatment facility located above the parking lot, as well as the construction of architectural tower features. Energy-efficient, impact-resistant glass and Nichiha panels were also used to promote sustainability within the 185-mph wind zone. Additionally, road widening and dedications of property to the City took place outside of normal construction hours.
