The Veranda Club

Commissioned by Capital Senior Living, Sharp General Contractors worked with their architects hand in hand, to complete the conversion of two 50,000 square feet buildings were converted from independent living to assisted living facilities. Complete ADA upgrades to all the 86 Resident rooms, dining areas, and communal spaces to better serve the needs of the Veranda Club’s residents.  Life Safety upgrades included the addition of alternate power.
