Project Management
Sharp General Contractors employs a separate Project Manager for all Mold Remediation projects and our field staff is certified by the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). We are experts at working in occupied spaces and will work with your team to phase and coordinate this delicate operation with the least disruption to your operations.
Coordination Process
- PART ONE: We work and coordinate with outside testing firms. Sharp General Contractors does not inspect, certify, or test its own work.
- PART TWO: This phase encompasses the remediation work.
